Stress Reflection

Aim for Accomplishments Rather than Perfection - When I expect perfection it causes a lot of stress and anxiety. In the video, people who were easily stressed gain wait in certain parts of their body. I have gained weight in my abdomen and rarely anywhere else, this is a sign of my body being stressed out. This makes me not distribute me weight.

Take Pride in Your Opinions and Ideas - I am not confident with my estimations, and answers throughout class periods. The lack of confidence makes me more worried/anxious with group discussions and class activities. When group activities come around I feel as if everyone at the table are the dominant monkey's and I am the ordinary monkey who is being chased down. Stress levels through the body increases the size of your blood cells, which make it harder for them to travel around the body. This also makes it easier to have a stroke and/heart attack.

View Mistakes As Learning Oppertunities - I myself make a lot of simple/difficult mistakes that can and will make me go crazy. For example if I get the class periods mixed up, I become stressed on when and if we had homework or something to do. Some of these small organizeing mistakes make my life a whole lot more stressful.
